Location: 3100 N. Lake Harbor Ln. Boise 

Scope of work (size, type, remodel vs. ground up store, etc.): Exterior remodel/upgrade for 71,000 SF of retail and office space includes finishes, signage, lighting and storefront. 

Design intent and any unique challenges or client needs met in project: The original building design for Lake Harbor was based on a ship concept and called for an arch between the two buildings that was never completed. Our concept joins the east and west buildings with a modern gateway to Silver Lake behind the complex. New, rich exterior finishes update the building in a Pacific Northwest style, honoring the original water theme.

Name:  b.hills architecture at the Bown Center Building 

Location: 3156 S. Bown Way, Boise 

Scope of work (size, type, remodel vs. ground up store, etc.): Interior remodel of 1250 SF existing office space into a modern industrial style architecture office. 

Design intent and any unique challenges or client needs met in project: As a firm focused on design quality and construction, durable raw materials and daylight are the highlights of our space. The design includes removal of existing carpet to expose concrete floors and the addition of a receptionist space and design library. Custom Plyboo work surfaces and roughhewn cedar trim finish out the open studio design. Each workstation has a custom adjustable desk and access to natural ventilation and exterior views.
